Jointly organised by Lingnan University and Smart City Consortium, Smartcity: How Big Data Reinvent Hong Kong Future Conference was successfully held in Hong Kong on 23 January 2019. Certizen Limited was invited to be the event sponsor. Industry experts and senior management gathered to share knowledge and experience on how to utilize big data and technological applications to develop Hong Kong as a Smart City in a stimulating and constructive atmosphere. It was also discussed that apart from technology, legal regulations are much in need and strengthened for the development of Hong Kong as a smart city. Certizen Limited will keep on working with related parties on developing Hong Kong as a smart city under a balance of tech and regulatory environment.
